The Pig Baby is a character from the Lewis Carroll's novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The Pig Baby appeared in The Duchess's house as her baby for some minutes Alice was also its nanny. It is a baby that constantly howls and sneezes because of pepper. Once Alice takes the baby inside, it turns into a pig. The Pig Baby appears in Chapter 6 of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

- The Pig Baby has a minor appearance in the video game "American McGee's Alice" as a portrait of a pig on the wall of the room where you fight the Duchess. He seems older with a cigar therefore states that he has grown up.
- The Pig Baby was played by a Muppet pig on The Muppet Show.
